Your data step-by-step while using the app

• The app does not require an account to be used. This means wundermeeting does not know who you are and has no way to relate meetings’ contents with your identity.
• The app creates transcripts of meetings locally and on-the-fly: this means there are no recordings of meetings at any point in time and voices of the participants (including yours) are processed by your Mac. In other words, no audio is ever sent out of your Mac.
• the Mac app communicates with wundermeeting cloud servers which act as a bridge to the AI providers. Data transits through it but it is NEVER permanently stored.
• Meeting notes and content are NOT logged for evaluations of the AI responses, unless you specifically opt-in.
  • If opted-in, logs are permanently deleted within 30 days from their creation. the You can request immediate deletion of all previous logs.
• In case of runtime errors of the app or of the servers, your meeting transcript and summary (if already produced) are NOT logged or sent to the monitoring systems.

Model training & evals

🚫 AI providers do NOT use your data to train their AI models
